Fidelity Technologies Corporation is seeking a Contract Instructor Loadmaster for its program at Marine Corps Air Station, Miramar, California.
KC-130J Contract Instructor Loadmaster (CILM) Requirements:

KC-130J Contract Instructor Loadmaster (CILM) Requirements:
Qualifications. At a minimum, a CILM for the KC-130J must be or have been:
- Designated Naval Air Training Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified Loadmaster Level 1 or equivalent of the KC-130J Aircraft within the preceding five (5) years or have been a simulator instructor within the preceding five (5) years for the KC-130J;
- Completed a minimum of one (1) Fleet tour; and
- Completed fifteen hundred (1500) flying hours in the KC-130J aircraft.
Certifications. A CILM shall successfully complete:
- NATOPS Open Book, Closed Book, and boldface exams;
- Annual renewal qualification with the scheduling authority;
- Annual check/standardization (STAN) flight in the KC-130J simulators (WST, CPT, OTA, and FuT) and in a classroom environment while providing academic instruction. STAN checks will be conducted at the Instructor/Operator Station (I/OS) during a regularly scheduled training events during scheduled Contracted Training Time (CTT);
- Annual training requirements in accordance with (IAW) the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), in order to facilitate required training on actual aircraft in a non-flying status; and
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of KC-130J:
- Mission;
- Crew procedures;
- Aircraft maintenance procedures;
- Aircraft passenger and cargo loading/offloading procedures;
- Aircraft aerial delivery rigging procedures;
- Tactics (e.g. Night Vision Devices (NVD) and threat systems);
- Fleet Replacement Loadmaster (LM) syllabi and Curriculum change forms.
