We are seeking an experienced Hiring Strategy Manager to partner with mortgage servicing senior management and Human Resources personnel to identify and implement strategies and processes that will enhance hiring efforts for the mortgage operation.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with operations management to clearly understand skills and experience needed for available positions, to ensure position descriptions and recruiting efforts attract sufficient qualified candidates.
  • Monitor status and progress of open positions and collaborate with Human Resources to identify actions needed to improve candidate volume and quality, or address other factors impacting management's ability to fill open roles timely and effectively.
  • Communicate with outside staffing partners on behalf of operations management, as needed.
  • Work with management and Human Resources to implement metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of management's operational processes for hiring, and identify changes needed to improve the hiring process. Ensures consistent application of effective hiring processes across the mortgage servicing operation.
  • Works with operations management to evaluate the results of new hire surveys, exit interviews, assess how the outcomes may be impacted by the hiring process, and identify potential improvements.

This position is on-site at our corporate campus in north Oklahoma City, with no opportunity for remote/hybrid schedules.

Who You Are

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • At least 8 years of operations management or resource management

  • At least 8 years' experience hiring and developing multiple levels of employees

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development/Leadership, or related field
  • Experience in developing strategic plans and initiatives
  • Demonstrated success with project management
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving & analytical skills

  • Passion for identifying, hiring and developing talented team players who will pursue excellence in their jobs

Qualifications

Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)

Experience
8 years: Experience with operations or resource management, to include hiring and developing employees at various levels. (preferred)
