Adaptive Recreation Leader
The City of Peoria seeks to hire a Recreation Leader I in the Adaptive Recreation Department to Department performs many different essential functions for the City of Peoria, all to meet the needs of the adaptive population in and around Peoria. As a Recreation Leader I, the candidate would work in a variety of adaptive programs; a few examples are listed below:
The primary job responsibility for candidates from this recruitment will be working in the Adaptive Recreation Division assisting with Friday Night Dances, Special Olympics sports and social activities.
The mission of the City of Peoria's Adaptive Recreation Department is "to provide a continuum of leisure opportunities and related services designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities."
The full hiring range for this position is $15.56 - $17.50.
