About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• 5 plus years of relevant experience

It would be great if you also had...

• Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
• IPfolio implementation experience
• Familiarity with Clarivate IPMS products - Memotech, IPfolio, and FoundationIP

What will you be doing in this role?

• Leads data integration projects, establishing timelines, scope, and implementation goals between the customer's patent and trademark management software and Clarivate's renewals systems.
• Partners with Global BTO project managers, technical teams, and customer support in the execution of renewals interface, processes, innovative solutions, and provides technical and functional knowledge, guidance, and support of the renewals interface.
• Proactively acts as a representative of Clarivate, serving as point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, anticipating needs, and identifying potential risks for internal and external customers.
• Supports the production environment, analyze urgent problems that occur, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Responsible for completing software configuration, setup advising, and quality validation checks (QA/QC).
• Conducts in-depth portfolio audit/analysis to ensure accuracy, minimizes data risk; routinely applies techniques and procedures to manage details, often working under critical and competing deadlines.
• Builds a strong foundation for positive internal and external customer sentiment, establishing trust and brand affinity through demonstration of functional expertise with patent and trademark renewal services, internal platforms, customer service portal and relevant IP management software.
• Assists with preparation of compliance status reporting and maintaining control documentation necessary for facilitating quarterly certifications to maintain ISO certifications and Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) compliance.
• Defines, communicates, and manages workflow and data coordination to support various implementation related reports. May perform other duties as assigned.

An Implementation Consultant works on Data analysis & Migration, System configuration, technical project management, troubleshooting, and customer support implementing Memotech/IP folio products.

Hours of work

• Hybrid- Full time, permanent
• Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required.
