Job Description

Hill International is seeking a Program / Project Manager with Florida Department of Transportation experience for our projects in Orlando, Florida.


  • Interact with the client, continue to build the relationship, manage our contract, expand our services and grow our team
  • Leadership of our team
  • Work with multiple (20+) other CFX consultants to review/resolve issues
  • Oversee documents prepared by other consultants, and we perform reviews and approval recommendations to the client
  • Manage Systemwide contracts for CEI, materials testing, commercial inspection
  • Independent Assurance/QC of Consultant Inspection personnel and field documentation
  • Constructability Reviews for upcoming projects
  • Prepare reports and documents for the CFX Board

Candidate will help oversee CFX's $3.4B 5-year construction program, and provide leadership to our team of field and office staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Transportation Projects, Road and Bridge construction (should have experience in major projects, $50M+)
  • PE is preferred, but we won't count out a well qualified non-PE
  • Needs to have knowledge of FDOT specs and pay items
  • CEI experience on FDOT or Turnpike projects is advantageous
  • Experience working in SharePoint is a plus, but not required. Experience with other Project Management Information Systems is a plus
  • Understanding of contract changes, Work Orders, Supplemental Agreements, etc
