The Pharmacy Trainer works to implement the training program for the commercially available pharmacy dispensing systems, i.e. LTC 400, Frameworks,etc.

* Develops training curriculum and maintains training materials
* Delivers the training necessary to operationalize pharmacies on LTC 400 or Frameworks (whatever dispensing system is used), satisfying company goals and objectives related to training delivery and project timelines
* Delivers classroom instruction, over the shoulder training, and provides operations support
* Adapts content presented to trainees based on their learning style, ability, personality, or performance
* Makes recommendations and implements changes to improve initiatives and/or specific training programs
* Solicits feedback, validates customer acceptance
* Other duties as assigned

* High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
* 5+ years combined experience working in a health care, retail, or Institutional pharmacy setting, with Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred
* Previous experience delivering training and producing documentation, as Pharmacy Technician - Operations or Information Technology Support experience preferred
* 2+ years' experience on LTC 400 or Frameworks is beneficial, not required
* Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills required
* Organizational and time management skills required
* Microsoft Office Suite - Intermediate level required
