Job Title: Maintenance Parts Coordinator Wadge: $22.50Traditional: 7AM-3PM

Summary:

Maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and tool inventory. Order, receive, and issue parts, stock shelves, and maintain inventory records and reports, utilizing SAP program. Maintain tool room, issuing and receiving, upkeep and accounting for all Maintenance Department tools and equipment. Essential Job Duties * Maintain established stock levels and order maintenance parts as they are issued from inventory. Operate SAP system accordingly. * Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt and that it matches order on requisition or * invoices. * Leads inventory physical cycle counts every fiscal period. * Manage inventory control to prevent stock outs by reviewing parts usage and min/max levels with Department Manager. * Daily parts pickup from shipping/receiving dock, inspect condition upon receiving, and timely Goods Receipt of all parts and supplies into SAP. * Upkeep of non-stock parts and supplies, tools, lubricants, chemicals, and updating MDS Data sheets. * Parts Kitting for outstanding Work Orders. * Expensing parts removed from the parts room for repairs. * Tagging and stocking parts received and determine methods of storage. * Adjust parts location and pricing as needed in SAP. * Work with other Campbells Soup plants to source emergency parts. * Develop and maintain a relationship with new and existing vendors. * Follow up on outstanding Quotes, Purchase Orders, lead times and materials availability. * Store articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves up to 7 ft. high, according to identifying information such as * OEM, style, size, or type of material. * Generates weekly reports on parts usage and, outstanding parts to be received by the end of fiscal period. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. * Selected candidate expected to Cross-Train to backfill other Maintenance Admin Roles.

Other duties: may be assigned due to business needs or special circumstances, which may require reassignment to other departments or other job duties. Must have: SAP software experience. o Preferred Ariba experience. o Must have Microsoft Office experience, Word, PowerPoint, Excel experience. Education and Experience o High school diploma or GED o Must have valid Driver's License. o Preferred one year certificate from college or technical school. o Preferred one-year related experience in Parts room operations. o Prior mechanic experience preferred or possesses extensive knowledge of common manufacturing plant parts and materials. o Preferred PIE certification. o Ability to obtain PIE certification within 90 days after employment.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and /or move safely up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. Employee will be exposed to cutting, grinding and shop equipment noise in the adjacent work areas.

Travel Required Limited travel: less than 10%

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.50.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
