Maersk is seeking a full-timeCustomer Service Agentfor ourFurniture Directteam inMendota Heights, MN. The Customer Service Agent is responsible for frequent and accurate communication to customer, cartage agents, and other station and company personnel. The Customer Service Agent is also responsible for scheduling deliveries, providing rate quotes on shipments, tracking shipments, and problem resolution.
REQUIREMENTS:
Telephone and email communications with customers and vendors
Scheduling deliveries
Providing rate quotes on shipments
Tracking shipments
Problem resolution
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have some Customer Service background
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Must have the ability to manage high call and email volume
Must have excellent computer and communication skills

Schedule:
M-F 8:30AM - 5PM
Pay Range: $22.00hr
The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
