ACARA Solutions and our client in Scottsdale, AZ have a contract to direct hire position available.

Advanced Quality Inspector /2nd shift

$36.89 plus OT (this rate includes shift differential)

*Secret clearance is required at the time of hire**


  • Utilizing your strong knowledge of electrical theory, the Advanced Quality Inspector will inspect parts, materials, assemblies, and equipment for compliance with specified requirements and perform real-time defect evaluation.
  • This will need the preparation of QA documentation and the verification of corrective action implementation and rework.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in Quality Inspection

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Electronics or Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
  • J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610 certifications, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750 and X-Ray qualification certifications
  • Solid knowledge of ESD control, workmanship standards, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and statistics and process control techniques
  • Skilled in the set-up of basic electronic test configurations or mechanical test configurations
  • Good communication skills for coworkers, internal customers, and potential suppliers.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Open to new ideas and serve as a champion for change when directed by management
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
