Job Description
Position Title: General Labor Tech
Wage: Based on Experience
Shift: On Call
QPS Employment Group has a great General Labor Tech opportunity available at a company in West Burlington, IA. This is a temporary, on-call position at a company specializing in two-way radios sales and service, security systems, fleet management GPS, public safety and wireless communications.
General Labor Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pulling cable prior to Electrical Tech's installations.
- Assisting and giving support to Electrician Tech with day-to-day work.
- Assist in the installation with removing certain materials for installation to proceed.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
General Labor Tech Requirements:
- Carry up to 30-50lbs non repetitive.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
