The primary focus of the position is to assist Facilities organization in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating mature and transition technologies to satisfy emerging requirements. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge, understanding involving mechanical systems, including HVAC systems, and refrigerators, RO/DI systems.
Supports Life Cycle Asset Management implementation by: Updating Asset Condition, lifetime, spare parts availability, acquisition costs.
Creates and updates assets data within Facilities CMMS.
Creates, update and adjust PM scheduling across Facilities CMMS.
Ensures LoTo procedures are properly linked to facilities assets'.
Verifies accuracy of data in both Archibus and RAM.
Assists as needed in developing a digital system to generate maintenance records.
Conducts randomly monthly audits to confirm assets' location and data integrity
Performs other similar duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:
Diploma - Some university/college training and/or college degree.
3 years' experience in data entry, transcription, or quality control. Experience with CMMS.
Regulated industry experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expected:
Ability to work with relevant computer software packages, including spreadsheets and word-processing packages (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word), is essential.
Knowledge of at least one CMMS (e.g., RAM, Archibus, SAP, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in self-management and workload prioritization.
